publicize exempt salary position vacancies and increase awareness
of promotional opportunities for employees to self-identify themselves
as candidates. By posting exempt salary vacancies this action
provides enhanced career advancement opportunity through promotion
from within and provides managers with qualified internal applicants.
Exempt salary position vacancies will be posted on the Cooper

also be displayed on designated career opportunity bulletin boards
at all Cooper Tools locations. For personnel who are remotely

Tools web site.
The Salary Position Career Opportunity Posting will be displayed
and updated weekly and include the position title, functional
department, reporting supervisor or manager, job description

and believe they meet the requirements of the positions, they
will follow the outlined career opportunity posting process.
This initiative is a clear indication that the Company is changing
and incorporating new ways of doing things that benefit employees,
Cooper Tools and Cooper Industries. If there are any questions
regarding this procedure contact the local Human Resources representative.
